She’s now a leading action star after playing Katniss in the first Hunger Games movie.
But it appears actress Jennifer Lawrence is just as heroic off-screen as she rushed to the aid of a sick woman yesterday.
The 21-year-old was standing outside her apartment complex in Santa Monica when a woman walking past suddenly collapsed on the grass.
Jennifer and a male bystander rushed to her aid and tried to rouse her before calling paramedics.
In the end, a group of six police officers and a paramedic turned up to assist the woman, who was later given the all-clear by medical staff.
Following the drama outside, Jennifer then got changed from her leggings and vest into a sexy black backess gown for dinner.
However, the actress was still wearing her bra, which was clearly visible from behind.
Meanwhile, Lawrence was spotted talking to director Francis Lawrence over the weekend to discuss filming the sequel Catching Fire.
The actress is set to reprise her role as Katniss Everdeen again, while Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark) and Liam Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne) are expected to return.
Producers are currently looking for an actress to play Johanna Mason.
Hunger Games: Catching Fire is scheduled to begin shooting in late summer or early autumn.
